- We copy good ideas. Our stack is deliberately simple. We take inspiration from others and don't innovate where we don't need to. We'd rather use boring technology that works than chase resume-driven development.
- Speed through craft. We ship fast AND get the details right. When a button label feels off, we rewrite it. When an API design is awkward, we refactor it. We don't have the luxury of patience, but we refuse to build garbage. Quality is how you move faster long-term.
